Week 6 of the Ask A Senior series with Paul
Here are some excerpts from this week’s series

With under 60 days to the
exam, my ideal revision
timetable would divide Criminal
Procedure into three structured
components:
1. Drafting
2. Trial Process and Procedure
3. Other Key Areas

Personally, I focused on
thoroughly understanding the
course content rather than
spending too much time on
past questions. However, I do
recognize that practicing past
questions can significantly boost
your confidence and improve
your ability to tackle exam
scenarios

You do not need to memorize
the exact wording of every
provision in Act 30. What
matters most is knowing what
the law says and being able to
express it accurately in your own
words. Paraphrasing is perfectly
acceptable - as long as you don’t
misstate or misrepresent the
substance of the law. Clarity and
accuracy are key
